Jim has served credit unions for more than 20 years, primarily as a leader of firms which provide vital support for the industry. He was president of CNBS, as well as president/CEO of The Central Credit Union Fund, the nation’s oldest corporate credit union. His experience serving as a credit union director, as well as answering to its board of directors, enables Jim to bring an important perspective to credit unions as they plan strategies to attract, retain and appropriately reward talented executives and staff. Jim earned a master’s in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and is a graduate of the College for Financial Planning.

Chris is founder and CEO of Harbour Planning Group, LLC, and a financial advisor specializing in corporate financial planning and executive benefit design. As an experienced professional who has earned his Certified Financial Planner® designation and a master’s in Business Administration, Chris assists financial institutions with the compensation and retention of their management team.
